  • Divorce/judicial separation decree or death certificate of spouse with affidavit, if applicable
  • Half portion of E-admit card of CBT and PET

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Do not rely on birth certificates as proof of date of birth.
  • Ensure OBC caste certificates are not older than one year from the date of document verification.
  • Do not miss the scheduled DV date; absence requires reporting on the block date of 03.12.2026.
