About this notice

Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) Northern Railway has issued Notice No. 8 containing important instructions for candidates appearing under CEN-08/2024. Candidates must upload clear and legible scanned images of their educational and technical certificates, NOCs, identification marks, passport-size photographs, and full signatures on the official OIRMS portal. The portal remains active for uploading documents starting from 7 days prior to the candidate's document verification date up to the date of document verification.   1. Visit the official RRB Document Verification portal at https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/.
  2. Read all instructions and FAQs carefully.
  3. First upload your Aadhaar card, passport size photograph, signature, and two identification marks.
  4. Upload other required documents in specified PDF formats as per instructions.
  5. Keep all scanned copies safe in Google Drive as well.

Documents to keep ready

  • Candidate's copy of e-call letters issued during CBT and PET in a single PDF file
  • Matriculation (10th) certificate and mark sheet in a single PDF file
  • Community Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/EX.SM) valid as on online application submission date and current valid certificate in a single PDF file
  • Affidavit if there is any discrepancy in spelling of candidate's name, father's name, mother's name or other documents
  • Disability certificate and Unique Disability ID Card (UDID) in a combined PDF file for Divyang candidates
  • Mark sheets and certificates related to educational/technical qualifications in a single PDF file
  • Additional documents if any under 'Additional Documents' category
  • Aadhaar card, passport size photograph, signature, and two identification marks (excluding moles)

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Do not upload documents in formats other than those prescribed in CEN-08/2024.
  • Do not forget to combine community certificates valid as on application date and current valid certificate into a single PDF file for OBC/EWS.
  • Avoid missing the upload window which opens only 7 days prior to your specific document verification date.

रेलवे भर्ती प्रकोष्ठ (आरआरसी) उत्तरी रेलवे ने सीईएन-08/2024 के अंतर्गत आने वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश वाला नोटिस संख्या 8 जारी किया है। उम्मीदवारों को आधिकारिक ओआईआरएमएस पोर्टल पर अपने शैक्षिक और तकनीकी प्रमाण-पत्र, एनओसी, पहचान चिह्न, पासपोर्ट आकार के फोटो और पूर्ण हस्ताक्षर की स्पष्ट और सुपाठ्य स्कैन की गई छवियां अपलोड करनी होंगी। यह पोर्टल उम्मीदवार की दस्तावेज सत्यापन तिथि से 7 दिन पहले से लेकर दस्तावेज सत्यापन की तिथि तक दस्तावेज अपलोड करने के लिए सक्रिय रहेगा। उम्मीदवारी रोके जाने से बचने के लिए उम्मीदवारों को निर्धारित प्रारूपों का सख्ती से पालन करना चाहिए।

  • ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करने की तिथि पर मान्य और वर्तमान वैध समुदाय प्रमाण-पत्र (एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी/ईडब्ल्यूएस/एक्स.एसएम) एक ही पीडीएफ फाइल में
  • उम्मीदवार के नाम, पिता के नाम, माता के नाम या अन्य दस्तावेजों में वर्तनी की विसंगति होने पर शपथ-पत्र
  • दिव्यांग उम्मीदवारों के लिए दिव्यांगता प्रमाण-पत्र और यूनिक डिसेबिलिटी आईडी कार्ड (यूडीआईडी) संयुक्त पीडीएफ फाइल में
  • शैक्षणिक/तकनीकी योग्यताओं से संबंधित अंकतालिकाएं और प्रमाण-पत्र एक पीडीएफ फाइल में
  • 'अतिरिक्त दस्तावेज' श्रेणी के तहत कोई अन्य प्रमाण-पत्र
  • आधार कार्ड, पासपोर्ट आकार का फोटो, हस्ताक्षर और दो पहचान चिह्न (तिल/मस्से को छोड़कर)

इन गलतियों से बचें

  • सीईएन-08/2024 में निर्धारित प्रारूप के अलावा अन्य प्रारूपों में दस्तावेज अपलोड न करें।
  • ओबीसी/ईडब्ल्यूएस के लिए आवेदन तिथि पर मान्य और वर्तमान वैध समुदाय प्रमाण-पत्र को एक ही पीडीएफ फाइल में मिलाना न भूलें।
