- Download the Detailed Form Cum Scrutiny Form from the RSSB website if not already filled online.
- Fill out the two sets of scrutiny forms and attach self-attested photocopies of all required educational, category, and residential documents in the specified order.
- Attach two passport-size photographs, a self-attested copy of e-Aadhaar with QR code, and valid photo ID.
