पात्रता

शिक्षामान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से विधि में न्यूनतम 60 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ स्नातक उपाधि।
अनुभवमाननीय उच्च न्यायालय में सेवा संबंधित मामलों के विधिक दायित्व का न्यूनतम पाँच वर्षों का वकालत अनुभव, जिसमें कम से कम विभिन्न 50 पृथक-पृथक निर्णित तथा लंबित प्रकरणों का अनुभव अनिवार्य है।
